  • At Movebeyond.withava, our daily CARs routine is the backbone of our program. To get the most out of it, listen to our explanatory videos and strive for a deep mind-body connection. When performing CARs, focus on intent, scan for any sticky spots, and avoid rushing through the routine. Take note of your progress, and be sure to report back to us!

    We recommend taking your time with CARs, moving with care and precision. If you experience any closing angle joint pain, reduce your range of motion rather than pushing through it. Increase your reps outside of the pinch zone, and emphasize the area during PAIL's and RAIL's.

    CARs are essential for assessing your movement potential, progressing your routine, and mitigating injuries. Use them wisely as your weapon against aging in your body.
